This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through oplacegear.com and is operated by COPLAX INC. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most physical products delivered within the United States (contiguous 48 states) within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • All included components and accessories are returned.
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Quality-Related Issues (30-Day Quality Guarantee):
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality-related issue within 30 days of delivery, it will be handled under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. In such cases, we provide a replacement or refund without charging a restocking fee. This does not apply to non-quality-related returns such as change of mind or incorrect purchase.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@oplacegear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization if approved.
  3. Ship the item using a tracked carrier to the return address below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind or incorrect purchase), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue.


5. Restocking Fee

A flat restocking fee of 20% of the item's price applies to non-quality-related returns.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for defective or damaged items confirmed by our team.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To assist with verification and resolution, we may request clear photos and/or short videos demonstrating the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change to a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
