Welcome to OPlace! OPlace is a brand operated by LOW COST ELECTRIC LTD, registered in the United Kingdom. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OPlace. OPlace operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). OPlace is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for account, billing, and shipping.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

  • We strive to display product images accurately, though colors may differ by device.
  • Descriptions, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
  • We may discontinue or limit products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • OPlace may accept or decline orders at its discretion; acceptance occurs once payment is processed.
  • All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Purchases are for personal or household use only, not resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

The total price and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Standard outbound shipping is free on all products to supported destinations, with no minimum spend. For the European destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges, where relevant, are included in the total collected at checkout; no additional import charges are payable on delivery. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery estimates, dispatch locations and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Contact us for delayed, damaged or missing deliveries. Where mandatory consumer law applies, risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, subject to any statutory exception. Your mandatory cancellation, refund and delivery remedies remain unaffected.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, text, photos, videos, and materials on the Services belong to OPlace or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools offered through our site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for your use of such tools.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for evaluating their content or any resulting loss or damage. Always review third-party policies before engaging with them.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

OPlace uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform. All transactions occur directly between you and OPlace. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any injuries/damages arising from them.

Privacy notices explain how personal data is handled. Consent will be requested separately where required by applicable law.

Feedback, reviews, or ideas submitted to OPlace may be used for any lawful purpose. You confirm you own the rights to any feedback you provide.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time, including after an order is submitted.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to fraud, infringement, harassment, spamming, malware distribution, scraping, or violating laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. Certain sections (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law, warranty) survive termination.

Except when expressly stated, Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers; statutory rights remain intact.

You agree to indemnify OPlace, LOW COST ELECTRIC LTD, Shopify, and affiliates for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or third-party rights.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any term is unenforceable, remaining terms stay in effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms and all referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and OPlace.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign rights or obligations at any time.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

Applicable law determines the law and courts competent for a dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings before a court available to you under applicable law.

SECTION 22 – LIMITED WARRANTY

Our commercial warranty covers confirmed quality defects under normal use: main unit 24 months; batteries and charging components 12 months; accessories and non-electronic parts 6 months, from delivery. For a confirmed covered defect within the applicable period, we send a new replacement without requiring prior return of the old item. Commercial replacement ends after the applicable period; further available service is chargeable except where a free remedy is required by law. See our Warranty Policy for claims and exclusions. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
