SECTION 22 – LIMITED WARRANTY

OPlace products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

General warranty structure:

  • Main unit (primary device): up to 24 months

  • Battery & charging components: 12 months

  • Accessories & non-electronic parts: 6 months

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must follow the instructions on our Warranty page.
OPlace may repair or replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.
Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, and unauthorized modification are not covered.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.
Changes take effect upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
