Returns & return costs

Request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Item-condition requirements, inspection and applicable costs are explained in our return policy.

UK/EU statutory cancellations: notify us within 14 days after delivery, then send back promptly and within a further 14 days. You pay direct return shipping, with no fixed 18% fee. Actual loss in value from excessive handling or missing packaging or parts may be deducted where legally permitted, with the reason and amount explained.

Other eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days: items must be unused and in their original condition. The 18% deduction covers standard outward and return shipping, including our arranged label, with no additional shipping, label or restocking fee. It does not apply to eligible UK/EU statutory cancellations, confirmed defects, arrival damage or our fulfilment errors.

We assign the nearest available return warehouse, which may be in your country or a nearby country. Use the warehouse address supplied by support or shown on the return label. Our office address is for office use only. It accepts no goods, returns or other parcels.

Warranty & replacements

Our limited warranty runs from the delivery date: 24 months for the main device, 12 months for batteries and charging components, and 6 months for accessories and non-electronic parts. Warranty conditions and exclusions apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If we confirm a defect covered by our warranty, we will send a new replacement. You do not need to return the original item first. Email support with your order number and details of the problem. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement or refund are not affected.

After-sales replacement parts can be sent directly by our supplier. Support will confirm the dispatch and tracking for your case.
