Thank you for choosing OPlace, a brand operated by COPLAX INC. We’re dedicated to quality and reliability — and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

The item must not be marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”

The return request must be made within 30 days from receipt.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for returns without a valid reason.
Important: Please contact our customer service team before sending any return. Unauthorized returns shipped directly to the warehouse cannot be processed and may be refused. Our team will provide the correct return address and return authorization number based on your location.
How to Return an Item:

Email support@oplacegear.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization and return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it using a tracked courier.

Share the tracking number once shipped to ensure traceability.
Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), OPlace covers the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, OPlace reserves the right to refuse the refund.
3. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact support@oplacegear.com before the order has shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may still request a return within 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@oplacegear.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized or custom-made products

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
8. Orders Outside the United States
We currently accept returns only from orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
